The oxygen sensor is mainly installed on the exhaust pipe of automobile, which is used to detect the oxygen content in the exhaust of engine, and feedback the air-fuel mixture ratio to the electronic control unit (ECU) through the electric signal. According to different working conditions, ECU adjusts the air-fuel ratio to make the engine run in the best condition and realize the double benefits of power demand, energy saving and emission reduction.

The core of the oxygen sensor is a ceramic element. The high-quality oxygen sensor utilizes a zirconium-platinum oxidation mixture and other elements to form a solid bottom to withstand the pressure that can easily affect the oxygen sensor, the solid quality of each component is what we rely on for the best performance and longer life of our sensors.

For a carburetor or throttle body gasoline-injected engine, the intake manifold is the intake line after the carburetor or throttle body and before the cylinder head intake port. Its function is to air, fuel mixture from the carburetor or throttle body distribution to the cylinder intake port. For port fuel-injected engines or diesel engines, the intake manifold simply distributes clean air to each cylinder intake port. The intake manifold must distribute air, fuel mixture, or clean air as evenly as possible among the cylinders. For this reason, the length of the air passages in the intake manifold shall be as equal as possible. The inner wall of the intake manifold should be smooth in order to reduce the gas flow resistance and improve the intake capacity.

Exhaust manifold, is connected to the engine cylinder block, the exhaust cylinder will be concentrated into the exhaust manifold, with a divergent pipeline. The main requirements for it is to minimize the exhaust resistance, and to avoid interference between the cylinders.When the exhaust gas is too concentrated, there will be mutual interference between the cylinders, that is, when one cylinder exhaust, just hit the other cylinder came to no clean exhaust gas.This increases the drag on the exhaust, which in turn reduces the power output of the engine.The solution is to keep each cylinder’s exhaust as separate as possible, with one branch per cylinder, or two cylinders with one branch, and to make each branch as long and shaped as possible-to reduce the interaction of gases in different tubes.In order to reduce the exhaust resistance, some cars use stainless steel pipe manufacturing exhaust manifold.
