To Record The 18th Group Construction Activities Of Pingxiang JiuZhou

In order to thank my colleagues for their unremitting efforts and dedication to the development of the company, but also to promote staff exchanges, to strengthen the seamless interface between the team, to enhance friendship and enhance cohesion;At the same time in order to carry forward the company’s corporate culture, enrich the spare-time cultural life of employees, broaden their horizons.So on October 18, our company 2023 a mountaineering activity with the theme of “Build a team, help each other, grow together with Pingxiang JiuZhou”.

The event is open to all employees and their families.On the day of the event, all of us will meet at the company gate at 8:00 am.We then took a company car to Mount Wugong, the site of the event.The main content of this activity is mountain climbing.The mountain we are going to climb is called Mount Wugong, which is located in Pingxiang, Jiangxi province, China.Baihe Peak, the main peak of the mountain, is 1,918.3 meters above sea level.This height is still very challenging for us, but it is a very meaningful thing to do.

Before the activity starts, the team members are well prepared, including equipment, food, drinking water and so on. During the activity, the team members helped each other to climb the mountain and encouraged each other to keep going. Although there were some difficulties and challenges on the way, but we all showed perseverance and courage, after five or six hours of climbing the final success of the summit.

At the top of the mountain we watched the beautiful scenery and enjoyed the joy of the summit.It is a pity that some employees can not climb the mountain for some reasons and can not enjoy the beauty of the scenery.But we shared our feelings and experiences after we went down the mountain.Everyone said that this activity allowed them to get to know more about the team members, enhanced their mutual trust and tacit understanding, and at the same time made them more aware of their own physical and psychological qualities, improve their own personal ability.

Finally, we organized a unified down the mountain by ropeway, the company will all personnel safely back home.

The climbing activity not only brings the team members physical exercise and relaxation, more importantly, enhance the team spirit and cohesion. Through the activities of mutual cooperation, mutual encouragement, we know each other more.
