①Good oxidation resistance at high temperature:Adding alloying elements to the material:The anti-oxidation performance of the material at high temperature directly affects the service life of the exhaust manifold. Ordinary cast iron obviously can not meet the requirements, so adding alloy elements in the material to improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the material.
②Stable microstructure:The matrix material is preferably a stable ferrite or austenite structure.
③High temperature and corrosion resistance:Small Coefficient of thermal expansion are beneficial to reducing thermal stress and deformation of exhaust manifolds and to improving product performance and service life.
④Good process performance:There are many kinds of heat-resistant and high-temperature-resistant metal materials, but due to the complex shape of the exhaust manifold, the material used to manufacture the exhaust manifold must have good workability.

1.Verify that the exhaust manifold model matches the vehicle.
2.Lift the vehicle to get better access to the bottom exhaust system. Remove the existing exhaust manifold using a wrench.
3.Clean the bottom of the exhaust system. Remove the original exhaust manifold, the bottom of the exhaust system may have residue or rust, need to be cleaned with detergent or wire brush tools.
4.Install new exhaust manifold. Place the new exhaust manifold on the existing connection and secure it with a wrench. It should be noted that the direction of the exhaust manifold should be paid attention to during installation to ensure that the direction of the airflow is correct.
5.Connect the exhaust manifold to the bottom exhaust system. Use a wrench to connect the exhaust manifold to the bottom exhaust system and make sure there is no air leak at the connection.
6.Check the installation of the exhaust system. After installation needs to check whether the exhaust system is solid, whether there is leakage. If a leak is found, it needs to be repaired in time.
